Job summary

Demob Job Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Cardiff, Wales and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain, repair, and install compressed air equipment across customer sites, with a focus on on-site diagnostics and fault finding.

A home-based role involves visiting sites and occasional overnight stays. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, a valid UK driving licence, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment.
• Experience with compressed air systems preferred.
• Capable of electrical fault finding, including PLCs.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on customer sites.
• Respond to breakdowns and complete installation and commissioning work.
• Provide service and support to customers across the region.
• Attend customer sites across Cardiff, Wales and surrounding areas.
