Field Service Engineer – Canon Devices
Location: London
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 Company Car, Pension & Additional Benefits

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in Canon print technology? A well-established managed print and document solutions provider, recognised as a Canon Platinum Partner, is seeking a skilled professional to join their expanding service team in London.

The Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Production Print devices. This role is perfect for a confident electromechanical troubleshooter who thrives on delivering first-time fix solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and repair Canon multifunctional and production print devices


  • Install and configure devices on client networks, including scan-to-email and scan-to-folder


  • Set up and maintain Fiery controllers and associated software


  • Provide both on-site and remote technical support


  • Maintain accurate service records and update asset information


  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, building strong client relationships


  • Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and report recurring faults


  • Ensure timely and effective ticket resolution in line with SLAs


What We're Looking For:


  • Canon-certified or experienced with Canon MFD and Production Print equipment


  • Strong knowledge of Fiery controllers and network integration


  • Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities


  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills


  • Organised and capable of working independently or within a team


  • Full UK driving licence


  • Based in or willing to travel throughout London, ideally located by the M25
