Job summary

INDTE is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair a range of automated packaging machinery at customer sites across the UK. You will undertake maintenance, fault-finding, installation and commissioning to optimise performance.

The role requires mechanical and electrical skills, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. Attractive overtime rates and full training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with industrial automated packaging or processing machinery.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum).
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and repair of mechanical/electrical systems at customer sites.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and breakdown diagnosis.
• Install, commission and optimise packaging equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and complete service documentation.
