Position: Aerospace / Aviation Field Service Engineer

Location: North/West Greater London

Company: A world leader in the Aerospace sector, renowned for excellence in engineering.

Role Overview: You will work on highly complex bespoke systems, traveling initially around Greater London and the South East, with potential travel to Europe and Asia. Benefits include a company car, credit card, work allowances, mileage reimbursement, and optional overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customer facilities for trial installations, including seats, inter-seat systems, and canopy systems, and provide feedback.
• Perform installations, retrofit programs, modifications, and maintenance of products at customer sites.
• Convert seats based on specifications, participate in installation teams, and specify changes for bespoke installations.
• Train end-users on installation, preparation, and main activities, certifying them to standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HNC/BTECH/NVQ qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance.
• Experience in Aerospace, Aviation, or Defence industries.
• Knowledge of product maintenance techniques.
