Job Description:

Role: Operations Planning Engineer

As an Operations Planner, you will manage production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality aerospace products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to develop and implement effective production plans, optimize resources, and minimize costs. Your efforts will be crucial in driving the company's success in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands efficiently.
  2. Monitor and adjust production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
  3. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams for seamless operations.
  4. Use data analysis and forecasting to identify improvements and recommend process enhancements.
  5. Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels.
  6. Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience in production planning or manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace.
  3. Knowledge of production scheduling tools and techniques.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in teams.
  7. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  8. Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations is a plus.
