Job summary

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work in the world of material handling, navigating our extensive lineup of products-from agile pallet trucks to robust counterbalance machines, and cutting-edge very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks to innovative automated solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Linde forklifts and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep fleet running smoothly.
• Provide on-site service at various customer locations, traveling as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer, preferably forklift technician, plant fitter, or plant technician.
• Hands-on experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners (highly desirable).
• Comfortable using IT equipment and handling accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification is ideal, but not essential.
