Job summary

Clarion Chase is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair automated storage and retrieval systems across Northern Ireland. You’ll diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out preventative maintenance, with full OEM training including sessions in Germany.

The role involves travel to customer sites from the Newry/Craigavon area, some overnight UK travel, and you will work independently, supported by a company van, pension, and annual bonuses as part of a

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
• Experience working with industrial electrical equipment and 3-phase systems.
• Mechanical fault-finding and hands-on engineering experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Experience in manufacturing, materials handling, lifting equipment, conveyors or similar industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer

Salary: £40,500 - £45,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus + Company Van

Our client is the sole UK & Ireland distributor for a leading European manufacturer of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team in Northern Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer to join a well-established business, working with blue-chip customers across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, logistics and industrial sectors. Full OEM training will be provided, including specialist training in Germany.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown response

What We're Looking For
