Luton Bennett seeks a Field Service Engineer in Milton Keynes (Northampton area) to service laboratory equipment across UK sites. Training will be provided for full product knowledge, with a focus on electro‑mechanical systems and calibration.

The role involves planning workload, visiting customer sites, and occasional overnight travel, with no weekend work. You will join an industry-leading service provider in the medical and laboratory sectors.

Qualifications

• Wel candidiates from any electro‑mechanical background; full product related training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths.
• Plan your own workload and arrange appointments directly with customers.
• Focus on client sites in Northampton/Milton Keynes with further travel across the UK.
• Occasional overnight away.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Realistic OTE: £40,000 to £45,000

Bonus on Additional Hours and Spare Parts: Approximately £6,000 to £11,000

Additional Sales Bonus on new equipment and service contracts: 10%

Expensed Mileage / Transport: 55p for First 10,000 Miles
