Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE across the M5 corridor and local sites in Exeter and surrounding areas.

You will fault find, diagnose, perform planned maintenance and breakdown repairs with autonomy to manage your workload. Full manufacturer training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Organise own workload and diary with support from back-office team.
• On-site servicing across local area; training and development provided.

Job Title - Field Service Engineer

Location Covering M5 Corridor (Exeter, Taunton, Wellington, Bridgewater and Highbridge areas)

Salary: £32,000 - £42,500 (Depending on Experience and Hours)

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hour or 45 Hour Week available

Job Role:

I'm working with a market-leading materials handling business that's looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to its growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of MHE across customer sites within your local area.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs, with the autonomy to organise your own workload and diary. You'll be fully supported by a strong technical back-office team and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training and development, ensuring you stay up to date with the latest equipment and technologies.

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience

Essential requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Previously have worked as a Field Service Engineer.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
