Job summary

ENVEA Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and calibrate our advanced environmental monitoring equipment across the UK. You will repair, calibrate and fault-find at customer sites, and train users on system functionality and maintenance.

Additionally, you will document visits, provide feedback to product teams and contribute to continuous improvement while travel remains local with occasional international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in electronics within instrumentation or industrial environments.
• Field service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• On-site repair, calibration and fault finding to board level.
• Provide customer training on functionality and maintenance.
• Diagnose issues and offer clear solutions; maintain service records.

Your responsibilities will include:* On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites.* Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.* Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.* Feedback and Collaboration: Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.* Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.**What We’re Looking For**We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service.
