Job summary

ENVEA is recruiting Field Service Engineers across the UK. Applicants should be based in or near Central England—West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire—to support regional coverage.

Salary £38,000 - £41,000 depending on experience. As the face of ENVEA in your region, you will repair, calibrate and train customers, diagnose issues and share insights with our teams for product improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Background in electronics, preferably instrumentation or industrial environments.
• Skills: Logical mindset, strong communication, and organization.
• License: Full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
• Pluses: Field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors.

Responsibilities

• On-site expertise: repair, commission, calibrate and fault-find equipment.
• Provide customer training on system functionality and maintenance.
• Diagnose technical issues and act as trusted advisor.
• Share field insights with internal teams to drive product improvements.
• Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

Field Service Engineer

• Central England - West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire

Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 depending on experience

The Role

As the face of ENVEA in your region, you will:

• Customer Training: Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

What We are Looking For

• Education: Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
