Job summary

ENVEA Global is recruiting for on-site field service engineers across the UK. The role involves repairing, commissioning, calibrating and fault-finding advanced equipment, training customers, diagnosing issues, sharing insights with teams and maintaining service records.

Applicants should have an engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical), electronics experience in instrumentation, and a valid UK driving licence of at least three years.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least three years.
• Field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find state-of-the-art equipment.
• Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
• Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.

The Role

• On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) state-of-the-art equipment.
• Customer Training: Educate clients on system functionality and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Collaboration: Share field insights with internal teams to drive product innovation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and timely reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Background in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or industrial environments.
• Skills: Logical mindset, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.
• License: A full UK driving licence held for at least three years.
• Pluses: Previous field service experience or knowledge of gas/particulate monitors is advantageous.
