Enjoy solving mechanical problems and prefer being out on the road to working in the same workshop every day? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket team, maintaining, servicing and repairing specialist commercial vehicles at customer sites and our workshops. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own workload, diagnose faults and work directly with customers to get vehicles back up and running.
You’ll have experience maintaining and repairing HGVs, refuse collection vehicles or similar heavy commercial vehicles, alongside:
Experience working with electric vehicles, electronics or hydraulics would be useful, as would IRTEC, HGV Class 2, DVSA inspection, Volvo Tech Tool or Allison transmission training, but these aren't essential.
