Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Community Care Team, covering the Midlands. You will service Warden/Nurse Call, Access Control and Intercom systems, performing preventive maintenance and small installation tasks.

A compassionate approach is essential as you visit care sites, often in residential settings, with an on-call rota and a commitment to safety and quality. This role requires a UK driving licence and IT literacy; career development and benefits are

Qualifications

• Experience in Warden/Nurse Call, access control and intercom systems.
• Basic education with electrical/electronic qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in care environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Warden/Nurse Call, Access Control and Intercom systems.
• Ensure documentation reflects any installation differences and report to supervisor.
• Provide small works from survey to installation and commissioning and handover.
• Participate in an out-of-hours callout rota (typically 1 in 8).
