Probrand, Birmingham, is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to provide remote, telephone and onsite IT support to a diverse client base. The role is hybrid, combining home-based tasks with our Smethwick workshop, and offers a 40-hour week.
You will troubleshoot hardware, networks and Microsoft platforms, visit sites for upgrades, and repair equipment at the workshop, aiming to meet KPIs and SLAs. A background in similar roles and MCP/CompTIA A+ are desirable.

This is a hybrid role working both from home and out of our Technical Workshop based in Smethwick. Working within a team of IT engineers, this also offers a chance to develop your technical skills and grow within a dynamic and successful company. We are the IT department for many customers or provide a point of escalation for other IT Support departments so you will ideally have experience in a similar role and be familiar with many of the technologies listed below:

Knowledge of VMware would be an advantage.
The Field Service Engineer will ideally have experience of working within a similar role. Possession of any IT qualifications including MCP/CompTIA A+ would be desirable but not required.
