Cennox in Northern Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair and service a range of self-service machines, including ATMs and kiosks. You will travel to customer sites, work remotely with a supportive team, and cover diverse customer locations.

Job description

Are you practical, technically minded, and looking for a field-based role where no two days are the same? This is a great opportunity to join Cennox as a Field Service Engineer, working as part of a remote team that keeps our customers' self-service devices running smoothly across Northern Ireland.

You will receive hands-on training alongside an experienced and approachable team, giving you the confidence and knowledge to develop your skills in the field. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, maintain and service a range of customer machines, including ATMs, kiosks, lockers and other self-service technology. Although this is a remote role, you will not be working alone. There is an established infrastructure in place, including technical support, diagnostic tools, systems and experienced colleagues, to help you identify faults, complete repairs and deliver a high-quality service.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, likes solving problems, and has a practical, hands-on approach to technical work.

Essential requirements include:

  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Enjoyment of driving and working across different customer locations
  • A technical mindset and willingness to learn
  • A practical approach to fault-finding and repair
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently as part of a wider remote team

Ideally, you will also have some hardware experience with self-service machines such as ATMs, kiosks, lockers, vending machines or similar equipment, although full training will be provided.
