Cennox in Northern Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair and service a range of self-service machines, including ATMs and kiosks. You will travel to customer sites, work remotely with a supportive team, and cover diverse customer locations.

In this role, you will travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, maintain and service a range of customer machines, including ATMs, kiosks, lockers and other self-service technology. Although this is a remote role, you will not be working alone. There is an established infrastructure in place, including technical support, diagnostic tools, systems and experienced colleagues, to help you identify faults, complete repairs and deliver a high-quality service.

Ideally, you will also have some hardware experience with self-service machines such as ATMs, kiosks, lockers, vending machines or similar equipment, although full training will be provided.
