TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a CNC Field Service Engineer for a manufacturer serving the glass and stone machining market. The role is field-based across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with a salary of £35,000–£70,000 plus overtime, a company vehicle and benefits.

You will conduct PPM and reactive maintenance, installations and commissioning of capital equipment, support customers, and work with a product range including drilling, edging and cutting tooling.

Qualifications

• Its essential you have some maintenance experience of the glass and stone machining world.
• You'll have either field service engineering experience in this sector or be an in-house maintenance engineer looking to get into the field.
• A full driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK and Republic of Ireland as no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• You'll be field based, conducting everything from PPM and reactive maintenance, through to installation and commissioning of capital equipment.
• The bulk of the customer base will be in the stone and glass machining world.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• The product range includes drilling, edging, and cutting, alongside manufacturing lines, specialist tooling and heads.
• Using your existing knowledge, remote logging, and training to best diagnose issues.
• It's essential you live in either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to cover your territory.
• You'll be the sole engineer in Ireland to begin with.
