Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support MRI and CT systems in the UK. You will manage modality models, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate equipment status to hospital staff and management.

Ideal candidates have a BSc in Engineering (or equivalent), 3+ years CT/MRI experience, a valid UK driving license, and strong English communication skills to work with European engineers and hospital end-users. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all models specific to a modality (MRI / CT) in the assigned area.
• Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Share best practices.
• Maintain documentation of performed tasks.
• Supervise entrusted tools.
• Cooperate with the team of Engineers in Europe in solving technical issues.

Qualifications and experience

• BSC in Engineering; advantage.
• Qualified Technician/ Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices; advantage: relevant Field Service experience.
• At least 3 years of CT or MRI experience.
• Prior experience communicating with hospital end-users and department managers about equipment status and troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license, active driving experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
