Salary: GBP 38,000 to GBP 40,000 DOE + Overtime (1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sunday) + Company Van + 22 Days Holiday + 9 Bank Holidays + Private Medical + Life Assurance + Sick Pay + Income Protection

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am start

Role Overview

Field Service Engineer required for a market leading rental company of industrial equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an impressive, global reputation, opening a new branch in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Based from Bathgate, covering client sites in Scotland
• Inspections and repairs of equipment at the branch
• Mechanical servicing and fault finding on site
• Installs and de-installs of generators and power support equipment
• Assist ongoing projects

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working on generators / power systems
• Electrical and mechanical experience, including working with diesel/pump systems
• Formal qualifications are not essential

Additional Information

• Occasional stay-away, approximately twice a month
• Rotational on-call duty, one week in four, most issues resolved remotely
