Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sampling Technician to drive a temperature-controlled van across the UK and perform environmental sampling at diverse sites, including homes and landfills.

The role covers a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule with on-call weekends on a rotating basis, paid at time and a half plus standby allowances. You will conduct sampling of water, gas, dust and other materials, log data accurately, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and

Formación

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
• Flexible for the on call rota one weekend in every three.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Highly organised and self motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in Environmental Monitoring is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Quality Management System guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Extensive driving to various locations across the UK.
• Undertaking sampling of ground waters, surface waters, trade effluent, waste water, potable waters, gas, legionella and dust.
• Carrying out onsite field testing using calibrated scientific equipment.
• Accurate recording and reporting of field data.
• Adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
• Transportation of samples in line with clearly defined temperature control requirements.
