Arm is seeking an experienced Sampling Technician to cover the UK for environmental monitoring and sampling. You will drive a temperature-controlled van to diverse locations, including homes and industrial sites, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role is full-time, Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00, mainly around the M25 corridor. On-call one weekend in three with time-and-a-half pay and standby allowance will apply.

Formación

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel across the UK.
• Flexible for on-call rota one weekend in every three.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Highly organised and self motivated, with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel.
• Experience in Environmental Monitoring is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Quality Management System guidelines preferred.

• Carrying out onsite field testing using calibrated scientific equipment.
• Accurate recording and reporting of field data.

Are you an experienced Sampling Technician? Do you have a full UK driving licence with the willingness to travel across the UK? If so, this could be the role for you!

We are partnered a leading provider of Analytical Testing Services who have accredited laboratories located across the UK! They provide these services across Environmental Testing, Food and Pharmaceuticals, helping their clients remain compliant.

Our client is looking for a Sampling Technician to carry out Environmental Monitoring and Sampling services across the UK. The successful candidate will be driving a temperature controlled van to various sampling locations, from private homes to landfill sites, so you must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather.

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 mainly covering the M25 Corridor and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will also be expected to be on call one weekend in every three, where any call out work is paid at time and a half, in addition to a separate standby allowance.

• Highly organised and self motivated, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow procedures.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in Environmental Monitoring is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Quality Management System guidelines preferred.
