We provide top-tier residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to meet the high standards of London’s property sector. We’re on a mission to grow our partnerships with estate agents and property managers across the city.

Role Overview

We are seeking driven and confident Field Sales Interns to join our team. In this role, you will actively go into the field to build relationships with real estate agents and property managers, collect their contact information, and most importantly, generate qualified leads for our cleaning services. You will play a vital role in building our B2B network and feeding our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit real estate agencies and property management offices across designated areas in London.
  • Professionally introduce Stainless Green Ltd and our cleaning services.
  • Collect business cards and contact details (name, email, phone number, company name, etc.).
  • Identify decision-makers and generate interest in our services with the goal of securing leads for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Capture and organize all contact and lead information in a structured format (e.g. Excel or CRM).
  • Follow a daily/weekly visit plan and report on progress, insights, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Represent the brand in a professional, approachable, and polished manner.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must enjoy speaking with people.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Detail-oriented with good data collection and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for lead documentation.
  • Prior experience in field sales, customer service, or marketing (preferred but not essential).
  • Based in London and willing to travel throughout the city during working hours.
