Job summary

The Modern Milkman is hiring for a door-to-door Field Sales role across the UK. You'll engage customers at their doorstep, build relationships, and promote our sustainable, farm-fresh products while working toward growth targets.

Based in Burntwood or nearby with travel included, you’ll earn a £26,500 base with uncapped commission, and top performers can reach about £45k per year; full benefits include a generous holiday allowance and wellbeing budgets.

Qualifications

• Door-to-door sales experience or strong willingness to learn (training provided).
• Excellent communication with a warm, engaging manner.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel; based in Burntwood or nearby.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

What you'll do…

This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

• Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep
• Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)
• Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals
• Take ownership of your KPI's and targets to grow your earnings

What we’re looking for…

• Based in Burntwood or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!
• No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we're excited to help you achieve!)
• Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
