Job summary

The Modern Milkman is seeking motivated individuals in the North East or nearby areas for a field-based door-to-door sales role. You will engage customers at the doorstep, build relationships, and drive growth while enjoying uncapped commission and a base of £26,500.

Top performers can reach around £45k per year. Benefits include pension plans, holidays, wellbeing budget, product samples, and travel opportunities. No prior sales experience is required—we’ll train you.

Qualifications

• Based in North East or within commutable distance; UK driving licence preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner.
• Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather.
• No sales experience required (training provided).
• Experience in customer facing roles, hospitality or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door sales conversations with customers at the doorstep.
• Build meaningful relationships and recruit new customers who value sustainable, farm-fresh produce.
• Support growth by achieving KPIs and targets to increase earnings.
