CPM UK is seeking a Grocery Field Executive to improve in-store execution, availability, distribution and visibility for leading Suntory brands. This field-based role covers East/Central London with territory including Elephant & Castle, Camden, Shoreditch.

The position focuses on using data to influence Store Managers, secure displays and drive distribution, while working toward defined KPIs. You will receive a company tablet and a company car, with a 10% bonus and a salary of £30,121.60 base

This is a field-based role focused on grocery retail, where you’ll use sales data and insight to influence Store Managers, improve promotional compliance, secure displays and identify opportunities to increase distribution and store coverage.

What will you be doing as a Grocery Field Executive?

• Improving product availability and identifying gaps in store
• Increasing distribution and store coverage
• Securing and maintaining promotional compliance
• Gaining additional displays and prominent visibility
• Influencing Store Managers using sales data and insight
• Carrying out interventions across the front and back of store
• Identifying opportunities to improve product performance and execution
• Working towards clear commercial KPIs across your territory

You’ll have a company tablet to access sales data and insights, helping you identify opportunities and have meaningful conversations with Store Managers.

You’ll take ownership of your territory and have the opportunity to make a real impact, while being supported by a friendly and collaborative Field Manager and wider team.

What are we looking for?

• Have grocery or retail experience and understand how stores operate
• Are currently working in grocery and are looking for a role with more regular hours and greater work-life balance
• Enjoy building relationships and influencing people
• Are confident using data and information to identify opportunities
• Are commercially aware and motivated by achieving clear KPIs
• Take ownership, are organised and enjoy working independently
• Have the attitude, energy and willingness to learn to develop in a field-based role

Previous grocery or FMCG/retail experience is valuable, but it isn't essential. We’re also interested in people with strong customer-facing experience who have the right attitude and are keen to learn and develop.

A full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
