Salary: £25,000

PERFORMANCE
- Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
- Visit independent retailers or major stores on a regular call cycle
- Deliver world class customer service to customers and stakeholders
- Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
- Manage and drive success of your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Negotiate increased space and maintain displays
- Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new products, and implement in-store activations
- Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS
COMPLIANCE
- Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the brief, and intervene as necessary
- Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures and chillers
- Ensure correct execution of new product launches
- Provide feedback for promotional activity improvements
DATA RECORDING AND REPORTING
- Record response data accurately
- Take high-quality photos of activities with descriptions
INSIGHT
- Provide actionable feedback on market and competitor activity
- Report changes in retailer procedures/systems
- Stay informed on channel trends and news
TECHNICAL
- Utilise intervention data to drive actions
- Analyse data to determine visit dynamics
- Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming activities
ADMINISTRATION
- Manage journey plans according to briefing
- Ensure sufficient point of sale and promotional materials
- Attend monthly team meetings
EXPERIENCE
Your knowledge and expertise that matter most:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred; applications from other sectors considered
- Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and drive to succeed
- Comfort working autonomously in the field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, rapport building, influencing
- Proven selling skills, commercial acumen, self-motivated, target driven
- Experience valued over formal education
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Travel 90-100%
