CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for Field Sales Representatives on a permanent full-time basis across Northern Ireland. The salary will be £26,000 along with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll be expected to work until 8pm on some nights and approximately 1 Saturday a month on a rota basis, going door-to-door.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Specification available on request, the Field Sales Representative will:

• Go “door-to-door” meeting residents, promoting and selling our client’s hyper-speed fibre services across NI.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service, build rapport, and answer queries with full product knowledge.

The person:

• Have a solid background in sales or customer service.
• Be comfortable working until 8pm and going door-to-door.
• Handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Be ambitious, driven, and eager to maximize earning potential.
• Communicate effectively with influencing skills.
