NCH Europe is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover the Manchester area for Lubricants, with field-based duties and ongoing training. You will sell industrial lubricants and maintenance products, build long-term relationships, and develop technical product knowledge.

The role offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission scheme, a guaranteed monthly commission for the first 12 months, a car allowance, pension and training opportunities, plus 25 days holiday plus bank

Qualifikationen

• Enthusiasm for field sales and interest in technical products.
• Experience in a customer service environment is a plus; B2B/B2C sales experience is advantageous.
• Structured, communicative and hardworking with a full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Sell industrial lubricants and maintenance products directly to industrial customers on site.
• Provide independent local sales support without overnight stays away from home.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships as the main contact.
• Undergo ongoing training and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with internal sales to receive daily support.
