Virgin Media O₂ is hiring a Field Sales Advisor in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, door to door, promoting broadband, mobile and TV services. This full-time, 37.5-hour role rewards resilience and motivation with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission.

Top earners can reach £50k–£70k; training is provided from day one, with ongoing coaching and support to help you hit targets and grow your sales capability within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly build rapport and assess customer needs.
• Confidence working toward clear sales targets and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in your patch, speaking with customers door to door.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential.
