Job summary

A Field Sales Representative in Leeds is required to drive sales for a leading Facilities Management organisation. You will build lasting client relationships, present tailored services, and travel to client sites to assess needs and deliver proposals.

The role offers a £35,000 base salary with uncapped commission and a £5,000 car allowance. It is a full-time permanent position with opportunities to excel in a dynamic environment within the industry.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a door to door field sales role, ideally within the Facilities Management sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
Excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular site visits to engage with clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Present and demonstrate the organisation's services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
