Mpeople is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to cover West Yorkshire. You will win new business, visit factories and industrial sites, and build strong client relationships. Ideal candidates are proactive, self-motivated, with field or business development sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, field sales, or new business sales.
• Confident approaching new businesses and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
• Visit industrial estates, factories, warehouses, and commercial businesses to introduce services and generate new leads.
• Conduct door-to-door sales activity and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Manage your own diary and sales activity effectively using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
