Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to represent Heinz across major retailers. You will cover a South Midlands territory including Coventry and neighboring areas, driving brand visibility and in-store execution.

Role emphasizes relationship-building, data capture, and proactive store actions. You will work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a competitive compensation package and company car.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and campaigns to drive sales.
• Build relationships with store colleagues to secure space and displays.
• Ensure flawless execution of promotions and product launches.
• Capture data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Use insights to take proactive actions in store.
