Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Field Sales Consultant in Chelmsford, England. The role involves visiting new and existing customers to sell medical and hazardous waste services and to develop strong relationships.

You will travel daily, drive a company vehicle, and participate in a sales academy. The package includes a base salary (£27,228 with £1k London Weighting), OTE £33-35k, relocation assistance up to £5,000, and a comprehensive benefits suite.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers, build relationships and sell our medical and hazardous waste services.
• Work with a portfolio of existing customers while managing new sales opportunities from inquiries and leads.
• Daily travel is required; provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
