Job Title: Sales Advisor (Financial Services)

We are partnering with a leading savings and investment specialist to recruit a skilled and experienced Sales Advisor with financial services knowledge to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the growth of the Society through a membership-led contact strategy, utilizing multiple marketing channels and stakeholder engagement.
2. Provide pensions information and solutions for members approaching retirement.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels.
4. Generate leads for presentations and events to enhance regional presence and promote the client's products.
5. Offer guidance on the technical and legislative aspects of Police and Police Staff pensions through in-person and virtual meetings.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan and execute promotional activities for new business development.
7. Research and identify new business opportunities.
8. Manage your diary and travel commitments effectively, maintaining the wider Field Team calendar.
9. Maintain the CRM system and ensure call trackers are up-to-date with inbound and outbound calls.
10. Build and sustain relationships within Police Federation, Superintendents' Association, NPCC, NARPO, XPS Administration, Equiniti, Trades Unions, and other Staff Associations across UK Police forces.
11. Support additional tasks within your area of competence as needed.

• Proven experience in a regulated financial services environment
• Experienced trainer and presenter
