Job summary

YouFibre in Burnley is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive broadband sign-ups across local residents. You will be out on the door, build relationships, manage your pipeline and hit personal targets.

You’ll earn £25,000 base with uncapped commission (OTE £50K) plus a £250 monthly car allowance, 25 days leave and a suite of benefits. A full UK driving license and a confident, ambitious sales profile are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in face-to-face settings.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
• Confident, ambitious and motivated by targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door outreach speaking to residents about switching to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations to customers.
• Hit and exceed targets consistently.
