firmus energy in Northern Ireland is seeking a Field Sales Executive Sweeper to join our Mallusk office in Newtownabbey. You’ll drive new customer acquisitions for gas and electricity, hitting daily targets and representing the brand with professionalism.

The role offers £10,000 OTE, car allowance and uncapped earnings potential, with the chance to develop in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The candidate should have a Full Driving Licence and be available Monday to Friday, 10am-8pm,

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in sales, desirably in the field.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Experience selling to a diverse customer base.
• Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to deliver results.
• Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am - 8pm.

Responsabilités

• Help customers complete their switch to firmus gas and electricity.
• Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
• Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customer's interest.
• Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes.
• Represent firmus energy in a professional manner.

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive Sweeper at firmus energy, you'll be part of a team that's all about hitting targets and growing together. In return, we offer a competitive salary, £10,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) commission, car allowance, and uncapped earning potential, giving you the opportunity to maximise your rewards as you succeed.
