Mondelēz International is expanding its field sales team and seeks a Field Sales Executive to cover Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Berkshire. You will build relationships with cash & carry wholesalers and local stores, driving promotions and introducing new products.

The role offers a permanent contract with a 6-month probation, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, a competitive salary with bi-annual bonus, and a company car (VW Tiguan Plug-In Hybrid / Skoda Enyaq BEV).

Qualifikationen

• Experience in FMCG/CPG sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• Full driving license with up to 3 points.

Aufgaben

• Sell Cadbury, Oreo and other Mondelēz brands to retailers.
• Maintain shelf visibility and merchandising excellence.
• Plan and monitor promotional activity.
• Place point-of-purchase materials and execute launches.
• Report on activities and achieve field KPIs.
