Job summary

McQueen's Dairies is seeking a Field Sales Executive to promote our local milkman program in Mansfield. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with the public and delivering a professional presence while driving new sign-ups and expanding our customer base.

Starting pay is £27,976 per annum with a weekly commission scheme and opportunities for overtime on weekends. Full training is provided, and transport from the depot is available if you don't drive.

Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with the public and new people.
• Previous experience in customer services or a sales environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador for McQueen's Dairies, sharing our company story with new audiences and maintaining a professional presence.
• Build rapport with customers and adapt approach to individuals.
• Have strong product and delivery service knowledge.
• Handle objections effectively and steer conversations towards a sale.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for new customers and retention.
