Salary: £28,000 base salary with £3k Car Allowance and Commission

We are a rapidly expanding and exciting new business offering the very latest ‘Full Fibre’ broadband to homes and businesses across the nation. With speeds of up to 2000Mbps, new Wi-Fi 7 technology, exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing, customer growth is expected to be exponential.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide the UK with faultless broadband and unprecedented speeds. Our product is revolutionary, premium, future-proof, fairer, faster, and flawless for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Connect Fibre, generating leads and interest in your area.
  • Reach out to communities, demonstrating the benefits of our product and how it can enhance their lives.
  • Deliver broadband consultations and upsell where appropriate.
  • Build rapport with customers and impress them with our product.
  • Establish strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
  • Become an expert in our products (training provided).
  • Network, host, and contribute to local events.
  • Exceed your sales targets.
  • Build trust, uphold best practices, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Achieve the company’s KPIs.
The Candidate

We’re seeking salespeople eager to become experts in their field. Suitable backgrounds include Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Retail/Utilities Sales, or any Customer Sales role.

  • Enjoy direct selling and finding solutions for customers.
  • Are confident, professional, polite, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Are comfortable with door-to-door sales.
  • Have a passion for our life-changing product and service.
  • Field sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Possess a car and hold a full, clean driving licence (all business mileage paid).
