ABOUT THE JOB

Within your territory, you will grow a new and existing customer base for our product range of milk, orange juice, apple juice, and eggs. You will work within a team.

Previous sales experience is desired; however, if you don't have sales experience, don't worry! If you have drive and are passionate about excellent customer service, full training will be provided.

You will be someone who can build strong relationships and be driven to win new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a brand ambassador for McQueen’s Dairies, sharing our company story with new audiences and maintaining a professional presence in public.
2. Build rapport with customers, adapting your approach to each individual.
3. Develop a strong knowledge of our products and delivery services.
4. Handle objections by recognizing concerns and steering conversations to overcome them. Answer questions about our products and services.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets for both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.

Key Tasks:

1. Coordinate with your team leader to understand the locations for canvassing.
2. Clearly explain our services to customers and outline the next steps if they sign up.
3. Accurately collect customer contact details and product orders, entering data into our CRM system.
4. Distribute leaflets outlining our services and products.
5. Provide excellent customer service and accurate sales pitches to minimize complaints.

Attributes, Characteristics, and Requirements:

1. Highly self-motivated
2. Strong English verbal communication skills
3. Confident engaging with the public and speaking to new people
4. Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required

BONUS SCHEME *

In addition to your guaranteed hourly pay, you will earn attractive commissions!

Bonuses include daily litres sold, customer retention bonuses, and weekend bonuses based on your sales volume.
