What's the role about?

Field Sales Executive

Are you a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual ready to lead the charge in growing our presence in the exciting out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £36,000 per annum On Target Earnings + Company car

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: North East London and surrounding areas

This is more than a Business Development role - it’s a blank canvas. We’re looking for someone to bring fresh thinking, initiative, a hunger to make an impact, and commercial mindset to build something from the ground up in the Out of Home (OOH) channel working with a top confectionery brand.

As a field-based Field Sales Executive, you’ll be out in the market every day, identifying opportunities and bringing new OOH sites into the fold - from leisure venues and contract caterers to workplace canteens and independent operators. You won’t be handed a list of accounts; instead, you’ll be expected to hunt, open doors, and create meaningful relationships that lead to long-term value.

You’ll take ownership of your territory, crafting local activation plans and using data and insight to influence decision-makers. From securing product listings and displays to launching new lines and driving visibility, your efforts will directly impact growth in the confectionery category.

This is a role that rewards action. You’ll need to be self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously, and confident navigating a varied and fast-moving market. It’s about being present where the opportunity is - whether that’s in a regional head office, a bustling venue, or on the ground at a trade event.

What we will offer you:

  • £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

What are we looking for?

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude; the right candidate will succeed in OOH through being tenacious and resilient
  • Experience in sales and winning new business
  • Previous experience working with customers in OOH / Foodservice channels perferred
  • A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
