Job summary

ASC Connections is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to generate and win new B2B business across a high-potential territory in the south of England. This field-based role involves roughly 80% travel, with autonomy to manage your diary and around 20 face-to-face meetings monthly.

You'll lead the full 360 sales process from prospecting to closing, supported by a proactive internal lead-gen function and leading CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with resilience and determination to win new business.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
• Stable employment history showing progression and success.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new B2B business across designated territory.
• Build and maintain a rolling sales pipeline of approximately 10 million.
• Achieve an annual sales volume target of approximately 500,000 units.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Operations teams for seamless handover after implementation.
