Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Executive to represent Pladis across major retailers in Leicester and Peterborough. You will drive brand visibility, oversee in-store execution and use insights to boost performance in your territory. This permanent role starts 1st October 2026 and offers a competitive OTE with a company car.

You don't need extensive years of experience; attitude and energy matter. A full UK driving licence is required and prior retail/FMCG exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
• Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits according to journey plan to hit core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to secure space and impactful displays.
• Ensure promotions and launches are executed accurately and compliantly.
• Capture data and report activities through 360 and other systems.
• Provide feedback on competitor trends and market activity.
• Use insights to respond quickly in-store.
