Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to cover a defined UK territory for Pladis across major retailers. You will drive brand visibility, support in-store execution, and leverage insights to boost performance within Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates will be energetic, quick to build rapport with store teams, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.
• Proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using 360 and Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.
• Degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues to secure space and displays.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed accurately.
• Capture data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
