Job summary

Biamp seeks a Field Sales Engineer to deliver pre-sales technical and design support for Biamp products across the UK, primarily in the South. You will educate consultants, AV integrators and distributors, develop project designs, and drive technical sales outcomes.

You will train installation teams, work with account managers and support RFIs/RFPs. The role requires frequent travel across the UK and Europe, with hybrid work at the Biamp UK office.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of audio, video and control knowledge.
• Experience with designing and installing AV and control systems.
• Ability to engage with distributors, system integrators, consultants and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology evaluation stage of the sales process for major projects.
• Provide demonstrations and training of Biamp products in the field.
• Draft proposals, design drawings and technical documentation for pre-sales.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and support accounts across the UK and Europe.
• Travel up to 75% and work in a hybrid setup with the UK office.
