Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Field Sales Consultant to cover the Leeds area, with responsibilities to visit Sheffield and surrounding areas, build relationships with customers, and sell innovative specialist hygiene products and services.

You will carry out client surveys, propose treatments, price work, and actively develop leads while delivering excellent service. A full UK driving licence and a target-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Strong communication abilities when dealing with customers.
• Retail or sales background is advantageous for face‑to‑face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers in the field to build relationships and sell specialist hygiene products and services.
• Generate and develop leads independently and with colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service to current customers and drive additional sales.
• Meet KPIs and sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
