Job summary

Rentokil Initial is recruiting a Field Sales Consultant to cover the Leeds branch, serving Sheffield and surrounding areas. You will visit customers in person, build strong relationships, and sell specialist hygiene products and services.

The role offers a base salary plus OTE, a company vehicle, and a structured training path. You will conduct client surveys, propose treatments with pricing, and develop leads while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Visit new and existing customers in the field and build relationships.

We're currently seeking a Field Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Leeds branch, covering the Sheffield and surrounding areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Field Sales Consultant Role

In this field-based role, you'll visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our innovative specialist hygiene products and services. Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out surveys for clients, giving proposals on treatments based on your expertise and pricing the work
• Generating and developing leads on your own and with other colleagues in Rentokil Initial
• Building relationships with your colleagues and clients
• Offering excellent customer service to our current customers, as well as gaining extra sales
• Working towards and achieving set KPIs and targets
  

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
