The main purpose of your role as a Field Sales Agent is to sell and promote Zzoomm Fibre broadband door to door, helping to drive our growth in communities served by our full fibre network.

Responsibilities
  • Going door-to-door and working at events to promote Zzoomm’s broadband benefits to residents
  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities effectively
  • Developing a pipeline of potential B2C sales
  • Levying referrals and endorsements from current customers
  • Capitalising on emerging markets with increased homes ready for service
Job Requirements

Ideal candidates are proactive, experienced in face-to-face sales, and passionate about high-speed broadband deployment. Requirements include:

  • Experience in direct face-to-face sales within energy or telecoms industries
  • Valid UK Driver’s Licence
  • Experience of lone working
  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
Responsibilities
  • Door-to-door sales in expanding territories
  • Engagement with existing and potential clients
  • Gaining referrals, endorsements, and introductions
  • Closing new sales opportunities
  • Updating customer and prospect databases daily
  • Managing customer expectations and providing quality care
  • Collaborating with team to develop sales protocols
