Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is recruiting a Field Sales Advisor to cover local communities across the UK. This is a full-time, field-based role with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission, designed to reward high performers.

You will meet customers face to face, explain pricing and packages, build rapport, and close deals door to door. A two-week induction and ongoing coaching will help you develop product knowledge, earning potential, and progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Confidence starting conversations and working face to face with customers.
• Resilience, motivation and comfort working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Door to door visits building rapport with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential.
• Work independently in your allocated patch.
