Job summary

Brightwork Limited is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Scotland. You will work locally, meeting customers face-to-face through residential and event-based campaigns, identifying needs and promoting our products and services.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, aim to hit weekly targets, and benefit from uncapped commissions with a realistic OTE of £45,000-£50,000+. The role is self-employed with full training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Confident, outgoing and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated with target-driven attitude.
• Resilient and comfortable in field-based role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
